Description
Provides support services, including research for back office areas such as: payroll, human resources, expense reports, back office systems, and payments to vendors for employees. Under direct supervision.
Essential Functions
- Responds to employee's basic inquiries.
- Resolves basic problems and/or escalates more complex cases to the appropriate business area for resolution.
- Enters employee data into various systems.
- Accurately document calls while speaking with employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
High school diploma/Ged.
Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Minimum Experience
One (1) year experience in customer service, back Office information systems support, payroll or human resources.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Familiarity in automated office systems, including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information.
Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Payroll processes, Good human relations and communication skills Acts as an escalation point for callers that need additional assistance, Provides Level 1 service support on employee inquiries, systems and processes, resolving basic inquiries, issues and problems as first point of contact resolution
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $18.87/hour - $22.65/hour
Additional Details: The desired location for this position would be Collierville, TN. This position is not eligible for relocation. Position not eligible for sponsorship.
