Associate Project Manager - Enterprise Business Services (EBS)
Description
Provide coordination and support on departmental projects.
Essential Functions
- With supervision, coordinates and supports the implementation of defined, small, low-complexity projects or a specific portion of larger, more complex projects within set organizational procedures and standards.
- Provides support on project communication, documentation, and coordination for small, low-complexity projects or a specific portion of larger, more complex projects.
- Collection and analysis of project requirements with the project sponsor/customer or senior colleagues.
- Assist in design of the implementation proposal, and evaluation of feasibility for projects. Regularly reports progress and any issues to Sr. level peers or management.
- Responsible for supporting the monitoring and tracking project activities, budget, timeline and risks.
- Regularly helps create reports on project progress and project issues/risks to senior-level peers or management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent, business, technical, analytical or related disciplines.
Minimum Experience
No professional experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Strong human relations and communication skills.
Finance/accounting or business systems knowledge preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: Accounts Receivable experience, General Accounting experience, and/or Banking experience is a plus.

Additional Details: This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. his position may be eligible for relocation.
