Job Duties:

Responsible for performing tasks involved in providing support and implementing
business critical production environments utilizing best of breed Warehouse Management Systems
along with interface systems exchanging high volume transactions between internal and external
applications. Responsible for hands on configuration of Manhattan WMOS WMS systems.
Participating in all phases of implementation and production support of applications and
components in multi-technology, business-critical systems. Gather requirements and design the
most accurate and efficient solution possible. Analyzing and re-engineering repetitive failed
processes to drive out risk. Work closely with development team to ensure that all have an accurate
understanding of the solution to limit re-work to the minimum. Maintain understanding of interface
specifications and configuration options. Document requirements and solutions according to the
business SDLC process. Work with implementation and program management teams to transition
new customer and development projects into normal day to day activities. Establish and maintain
strong working relationships with co-workers, the business community, external customers,
consultants, contractors and vendors. Stay up-to-date on current and future warehouse execution
technologies, capabilities and trends. Follow change control methodology in day-to-day activities.
Work to establish, maintain and update strategy (methodology, processes, standards, tools,
services) used in implementing supply chain systems. Travel for projects as required. Follow
corporate vision, mission and values in daily activities. Follow the highest ethical standards in all
activities undertaken. Provides for 24/7/365 coverage as needed using on call rotation in support of
operations under time constraints and pressure situations. Provide training to team members as
needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in supporting and
implementing Manhattan WMOS WMS systems. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in
the job offered or 3 years of experience in supporting and implementing Manhattan WMOS WMS
systems in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5 years of experience.

The position requires experience with coding and testing SDLC process; IBM SCI-Cognos Analytics; creating Cron jobs/Korn
Shell/C Shell/Python; Oracle SQL, DB2, As400 file structures; Interface technologies: SFTP, API, AS2,
JMS, WMS Listener interfaces; WMOS (Warehouse Management 2014), Manhattan Integration
Framework; Various Warehouse Management functions, Warehouse Control Systems such as Vargo
COFE, Beumer Sortation Systems; knowledge of enterprise hardware platforms such as UNIX / Linux
AIX servers , Windows Servers. Position can telecommute from home from any location in the U.S.

Pay Range: 73235.00 (Min) - 106097.00 (Mid) - 138959.00 (Max) Yearly
