What you will be doing:

Advisor: Provides high-impact, expert guidance to senior stakeholders across a regional and international scope.

You will play a critical role in advancing eCommerce capabilities, operating at the intersection of technology and complex logistics operations, with direct influence on large-scale transformation outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and execution of scalable, end-to-end solutions supporting first and last mile capabilities

  • Driving alignment between technology architecture and real-world operational processes

  • Defining and enforcing architectural standards, integration patterns, and solution governance across multiple markets

  • Translating complex operational requirements into robust, future-proof technical solutions

  • Leading cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact, ensuring coordination across IT, operations, and commercial stakeholders

  • Providing leadership throughout the lifecycle, from requirements and design to implementation and optimization

  • Identifying structural inefficiencies and driving measurable improvements in scalability, performance, and customer experience

Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, influencing decision-making at senior levels

What do you bring with you:

  • Strong combined background in IT and hands-on logistics or eCommerce operations (both are essential)

  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, large-scale, multi-market solutions in highly operational environments

  • Deep understanding of first- and last-mile processes and their supporting technology landscape

  • Proven ability to design scalable, integration-heavy solutions across distributed systems and partners

  • Experience operating in transformation environments with high ambiguity and execution pressure

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on practical, high-impact delivery

  • Ability to operate independently, set direction, and lead without formal authority

Maintains deep expertise in FedEx systems, processes, and evolving eCommerce and logistics trends. Provides strategic and technical guidance on complex, high-impact initiatives where both operational understanding and architectural rigor are required.

Leads the design and evolution of solutions that integrate tightly with operational workflows, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business objectives. Operates with a high degree of autonomy, shaping direction and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders and markets.

Identifies risks, constraints, and opportunities early, and drives structured, actionable recommendations. Plays a key role in the successful execution of transformation initiatives by bridging the gap between technology strategy and operational reality.
