Business Development Executive
Description
Responsible for driving sales growth through specialty sales, field sales. This role includes managing territory sales, engaging in customer acquisition and retention, and developing effective pre-sales and post-sales strategies to enhance customer relationships and market presence.

- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Research opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the business.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
- Develop and present customized proposals for each client’s specific business needs.
You will be a great fit if you have
- Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree/MBA or equivalent
- Minimum Experience
- Three (3) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales
