Description
Essential Functions
- Participate as needed and support all SAFe Agile ceremonies (Solution Council, Demand alignment, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt)
- Translate FedEx business requirements, that is, epics, into clear, prioritized capabilities and acceptance criteria
- Review and interpret Solution High-Level Design documents and business architecture flow diagrams to validate alignment with business needs
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and demand requestors to refine capability definitions and ensure technical feasibility
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive clarity, consensus, and delivery of defined capabilities
- Monitor and report on progress, risks, and impediments, escalating issues as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the delivery of high-value business solutions
Key Skills
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the SAFe framework (roles, events, artifacts)
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and question Solution HLDs and architecture recommendations
- Analytical acumen for dissecting business architecture flow diagrams
- Capability to convert high-level business needs into detailed, testable capabilities
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for engaging architects, PEO team, product managers, and business leads
- Proficiency with Agile backlog and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne)
- Familiarity with FedEx business models, processes, and organizational priorities
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Solution Architects to ensure that recommended designs are fully understood, documented, and actionable by delivery teams
- Elicit and refine demand requests from business stakeholders and draft clear capability statements with end-to-end traceability
- Own capabilities prioritization by continuously evaluating business value, ROI, and resource capacity
- Attend Solution council and demand alignment meetings to lead capabilities grooming sessions and readiness reviews to help enable ARTs to write features and stories for upcoming Program Increments
- Conduct regular checkpoints with stakeholders to validate that delivered capabilities meet requirements and acceptance criteria
- Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on SAFe best practices and the Agile mindset
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to accelerate delivery and enhance quality
Domicile Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month- $12,533.14/month
