Business Product Advisor
Description
Under minimal supervision, the Business Product Advisor will serve as the Product Owner responsible for managing enhancements and on-going maintenance of digital.ai Agility, the Enterprise agile planning software solution.
The Business Product Advisor will serve as the Product Owner responsible for the Enterprise agile planning software solution, digital.ai Agility. Owns the product vision, defines business requirements, manages the product backlog, and collaborates with other product owners to build out the interconnected tooling ecosystem. Drives future software enhancements/modifications to meet business needs. Plans and coordinates activities to ensure project goals are met within defined scope, time, and cost constraints. Provides mentoring for those in less senior positions.
Essential Functions
- Requires management of multiple priorities across both external and internal resources.
- Works closely with business partners to define business requirements and align projects with overall company strategic objectives.
- Proactively identifies and plans for potential risks, builds contingency plans, and takes action to mitigate risks.
- Drives the development of training and support for end-to-end users of digital.ai Agility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience with digital.ai Agility preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
Domicile Information
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Certain domicile locations may necessitate a hybrid work approach (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month-$14,413.11/month
