Business Product Analyst III
Description
Under limited supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (user cases).
Essential Functions
- This role will be working on a dynamic team of professionals on the ServiceNow Platform focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the Detect to Correct Value Stream. This role will work with business stakeholders to understand requirements for continuous improvement of capabilities on the platform and work closely with development teams who build the capabilities to deliver business value.
- Owns the product vision and product backlog.
- Builds and leverages solid working relationships with business and product.
- Assists in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manages program effectiveness against target metrics.
- Manages requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value Roi, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills:
- General understanding of ITIL and Service Management practices
- Agile Methodologies skills and experience
- Excellent written and Oral Communications Skills
- ServiceNow experience is a plus or preferred.
- Agile certifications and ITIL certifications are a plus.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
Domicile Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely may be available based on business needs. However, candidates who are local to Collierville, TN, will be expected to work in a hybrid capacity.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month
