POSITION SUMMARY:
The Business Solutions Advisor is responsible for the successful solution design, validation, planning, management and execution of implementation for complex customer programs. This role provides post-implementation oversight and relationship management for select customers. This position directly supports the Field Sales organization, but also partners with the customer and cross-functionally within corporate and field operations to identify and deliver all program requirements.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Meet objectives for the Sales Solutions Design & Implementation team as set by the Sr. Manager, Sales Solutions Design & Implementation and prioritized in accordance with company strategy and Sales goals
- Review, validate, analyze and design solutions for customer opportunities
- Plan, manage, execute, and follow-up on customer implementations
- Operate within guidelines as established for service levels, solution development, implementation planning & measurement, issue management, status reports, project completion and ongoing oversight. Adhere to published rules of engagement
- Build and grow cross-functional relationships within the field and FSO in support of customer solutions design, development, implementation and growth/retention
- Ensure customer solutions and sales implementation plans are developed and administered in accordance with established sales agreements and company policies/procedures. Escalate potential issues, including problems with replication/sustainability
- Lead coordination of customer-facing resources, communications, readiness assessment, risk mitigation and transition to operations and/or oversight resource
- Ensure customers are trained to utilize the FedEx Office program offering specific to the client supported programs
- Secure and maintain a strong working knowledge of Sales and Operations models and processes to ensure alignment in solution design, implementation and post-implementation relationship management
- Provide overall communication to team members who directly interact with the customer, either in an on-site environment and/or at key off-site production locations, associated with client relationship management, account maintenance, systems, and procedures
- Act as main point of contact for key customer business owners
- Monitor overall progress for each customer and address process needs to meet customer expectations through life of the program
- Participate in program development, planning and launch of Solutions Design & Implementation and Sales Operations initiatives
- All other duties as needed or required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in sales, sales support or customer-facing roles focused on developing existing business relationships
- Experience working with sales processes, operations, organization/workflow and customer agreements
- Some project management experience preferred
- Experience working with MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring
- For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook

- Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time

- Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to work within the appropriate level of independence
- Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the FedEx Office business; regular attendance and/or reporting could include regular attendance at a physical location and/or maintaining established business hours depending on the scope and nature of the position

Preferred Qualifications: •Experience in returns solutions and on site mail, parcel, and print solutions for higher education, corporate, and hotels •Experience leading customer need discovery, including user interviews, technical deep-dives, and executive readouts, exp with Quick Base •Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into measurable value that customers are willing to pay for, and to incorporate tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure solutions meet and continue to meet those needs
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month
Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week
