  • Business Case Development: Develop robust business cases and financial models for strategic technology initiatives. This includes performing ROI analysis, business-at-risk assessments, and articulating the strategic value of proposed investments.
  • D&T Project Support (Technology SME): Embed into priority data and technology (D&T) initiatives, serving as a technology subject matter expert. Provide an informed view on key strategic issues such as build vs buy, technology platform selection and vendor evaluation, technology due diligence and competitive positioning.
  • Data Strategy Input: Provide strategic input on enterprise data strategy, including data governance, data architecture, data quality, and the use of proprietary and third-party data to generate business insights and monetization opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Manage ongoing discussions with partners across internal teams, including international regions, to align on technology priorities; provide expert guidance on the tech implications of business decisions; ensure recommendations are supported by clear fact-based analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of modern technology stacks, databases, business intelligence (BI) tools, data modeling, and cloud platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Superior quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex problems and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
