Description
To handle claims in an equitable and legal manner
Essential Functions
- Provide technical direction to assistants.
- Support claims associates and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience
Three (3) years of experience in a business related field.
Customer service experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to type and operate a personal computer.
Strong communication skills and human relations skills.
Preferred Qualifications: This will be a hybrid role. You will training onsite for 3 week Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. After, your regular shift will start from 8:30am to 5pm.
Pay Transparency: Internal Pay Grade H28
Pay: $20.00 to $26.52
