Description
Responsibilities
Vendor-Customer Management:
Partial administration of incoming invoices (coding of non-trade invoices)
Accounts receivable management
Monthly margin checks of transportation tasks
Initiating registration of clients and subcontractors (with SSC support)
Bank:
Cash flow planning
Bank administration (approval of bank transfers, recording of customs duties and payroll)
Month-End Closing:
Supplementing US GAAP accounting with payroll, accruals, and customs bank accounting
Preparation of monthly reports, account reconciliation
Year-End Closing:
Reposting from US GAAP to Local GAAP using accounting software
Ensuring consistency between the two accounting systems
Full management of audits
Planning:
- Preparation of business plan, monthly and quarterly forecasts
Other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
Fluent English (reporting line to a foreign manager)
Registered chartered accountant
Higher education degree
Strong Excel skills
3–5 years of experience in finance
Adaptability
Up-to-date knowledge of accounting and taxation
Flexibility
Good problem-solving skills
