CIL Inventory Count Specialist-1
Description
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts and compares to information in the Warehouse Management System to verify quantity, location, and part numbers match.
Essential Functions
- Performs bin validation as required by the Inventory Staff.
- Performs annual physical inventory according to customer contract requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum Experience
One (1) year experience in using Warehouse Management System software and Six (6) months experience performing cycle counts required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in mathematics, use of personal computers and Microsoft Office 365 software applications preferred Ability to train and certify on one or more types of warehouse equipment within 60 days of hire required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be customer service driven and a strong team player. Ability to work various shifts, holidays and weekends as required. May require moderate walking, standing and prolonged sitting.
