Export Controls; Customer Services; Clearance Regulatory; Clearance & Brokerage Operations; Clearance Admin Inbound/ Outbound

  • Review customs documentation/ Kiểm tra chứng từ hải quan
  • Communicate and collaborate with vendors, customers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to gather necessary information, resolve inquiries, and address customs-related issues/ Giao tiếp và làm việc với đối tác, khách hàng, công ty giao nhận và nhân viên chính phủ để thu thập thông tin cần thiết, giải quyết các thắc mắc và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến hải quan
  • Ensure accurate and timely release payment to designated vendors and maintain proper documentation in compliance with organization policies and regulatory requirements/ Đảm bảo thanh toán chính xác và kịp thời cho đối tác và lưu giữ chứng từ phù hợp theo quy định của công ty và các yêu cầu theo quy định
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, customer service, and sales teams, to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processes/ Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận trong nội bộ, bao gồm phòng khai thác, dịch vụ khách hàng và bộ phận kinh doanh nhằm đảm bảo quy trình thông quan diễn ra suôn sẻ và kịp thời
  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction/ Cung cấp dịch vụ tối ưu cho khách hàng bằng cách chủ động giải quyết các thắc mắc của khách hàng, xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh và đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng.

Job requirement

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities/ Kiến thức, Kỹ năng và Năng lực
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures and trade compliance/ Có kiến thức vững chắc về các quy định, thủ tục hải quan và tuân thủ thương mại
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Computer/ Có kiến thức về Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills/ Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
  • Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with a strong accuracy & attention to detail/ Có kinh nghiệm vững chắc trong việc lập kế hoạch và tổ chức, với độ chính xác cao và khả năng chú ý đến chi tiết.

Education: Secondary education or equivalent
Experience: Two (2) years of work experience
