Job Description
You will be responsible for:
Preparing Customs entry documents based on the documents attached to the shipments
Checking if all Customs documentation is completed correctly
Contacting clients in order to ensure all necessary information is provided
Using good judgement when making declarations to customs
Ensuring accuracy within a fast paced environment
You are:
Fluent in English (B2)
Fluent in German (C1)
Excellent communicator
Client focused
Task oriented
Team player
Computer Literate
Willing to develop in multinational environment
Able to make independent decisions based on expertise
Experience in customer service would be an asset
