Clearance Representative-Lead
Description
Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
• Handle cases that need to be reviewed.
• Reach out to customers and other important party/ies over the phone or email to ensure resolution of cases in a timely manner.
• Document and process cases in a diligent and proper manner.
• Will work with a group of agents and deliver performance results based on the organization’s mission and vision and through its core values.
• Suggest ideas and feedback impacting customer experience and improved performance.
Minimum Education:
Secondary education or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
• Associate: Prior experience not required
• Standard: One (1) year of general clerical experience and One (1) year of customer contact experience
• Lead: Three (3) years of general clerical experience including two 2 years of customer contact experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Preferably with work experience in a Customer Service environment
• Amenable to work on night/shifting schedule, extended hours, holidays, weekend.
