Location: Coteau-du-Lac, Qc
F Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 6:00AM-4:30PM
Position Summary
The Conveyors Operator is responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing, and shipping of products in accordance with company standards for safety, security, productivity, and quality. This role ensures the integrity and legality of all products handled and supports efficient warehouse operations through the use of conveyor systems and RF technology.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately select products based on customer order specifications.
- Load and unload products onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, and conveyor systems.
- Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
- Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
- Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) terminals for picking, quality checks, inventory, and shipping functions.
- Scan packages, read labels and charts, verify numbers, and sort products to appropriate destinations.
- Maintain facility equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
- Keep accurate records and reports to support inventory accuracy.
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation.
- Learn and support responsibilities in other warehouse areas as needed.
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
- Operate warehouse and computer equipment as assigned.
- Work safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with RF equipment and conveyor systems preferred.
- Customer service oriented and strong team player.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
