POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for managing the company’s most strategic and complex LTL accounts. Focuses on long-term relationship building, contract negotiation, and delivering customized freight solutions that align with the customer’s supply chain strategy

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Serve as the primary contact for top-tier corporate clients.
2. Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans.
3. Manage and grow revenue from top-tier national and government accounts.
4. Deliver quarterly business reviews and performance insights.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
6. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and client meetings.
7. Leverage technology and data to drive customer value.
8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-secondary degree required
• Four (4) years of B2B sales experience 
• Strong business and financial acumen and project management skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, including excellent attention to detail
• High-level negotiation skills and ability to offer completive pricing and contract renewals.
• Deep understanding of LTL services and pricing
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Outlook) 
• Demonstrated expertise in consultative and value-added selling.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred; required in Quebec

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Position requires extensive and frequent travel, including overnight travel.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Hours may vary due to operational need.
