Corporate Financial Sys Analyst

Description

Under general supervision, provides support in the development of enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.

Essential Functions

• Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: coordination and communication with business partners providing guidance regarding software development and/or support requests, providing technical advice and leadership for the organization in the definition, development, implementation and review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases.
• Participate in project teams on departmental and corporate initiatives.
• Provides system and network support.
• Maintain training content, end user communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical skills.

Experience with business multidimensional databases, software, web technologies, scripting languages in the business environment.

Quantitative business problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong organizational/time management and planning skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Understand the process flows, narratives, risk & control matrices of business processes, & information technology platforms relevant to business processes, Conduct or participate in walkthroughs & other meetings with process & control owners to ensure testing plans are properly created to address financial reporting risks identified by management, Participate in the development of testing plans over key controls, reports, & spreadsheets, Sharepoint & Power BI experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: This position is located in Memphis, TN., Plano, TX., & Pittsburgh, PA. The monthly U.S. pay range for Memphis is 5,152.82 - 8,244.52, Plano & Pittsburgh 5,424.03 - 8,678.44.

Additional Details: Sponsorship and Relocation may be provided depending on business needs.
