Description
Lead in the design, development, implementation of high complex enterprise-wide back office financial systems, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.
Essential Functions
- Lead large cross-OpCo project teams, developing project plans, maintaining project budgets, leading research and documentation of business requirements in the review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases with technical expertise and outstanding project management efficiency.
- Communicates governance and support policies to all levels of staff and management.
- Develop and presents executive level communications on a routine base with senior level authority.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Outstanding project management skills.
Expert with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment.
Outstanding quantitative business problem solving skills and leadership abilities. Excellent organizational/time management and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
Job Conditions
Some travel required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud financial system implementations; including ability to translate between business and technical requirements, Strong communication (oral & written) skills with various levels of management, Demonstrated problem solving skills in a collaborative environment, Senior level understanding of financial systems implementation controls and compliance, Effective in promoting positive customer relationships throughout the organization and at all levels of management
