Properties & Real Estate Specialist

Warsaw

Scope of Responsibility:

  • regional responsibility over dedicated Real Estate portfolio. Looking over the dedicated portfolio and updating the electronica database.

  • working with external Real Estate advisors: lease renewal, new lease acquisition, lease re-gear etc.

  • negotiating contracts with Landlords/Developers/ General Contractors and processing the approval flow of necessary documentation in FedEx electronic system

  • alignments with other internal stakeholders including but not limited to Legal, Finance

  • preparing Business Cases for new developments in responsible portfolio (including Cash flow, FMV calculations)

  • other project related tasks if required

Requirements:

  • higher education – Real Estate/ Properties management preferred

  • very good knowledge of English language in speaking and writing

  • good knowledge of MS Office (Excel; Power Point)

  • high skills of negotiation, planning, analytical thinking and ability to process formal documentations\ contracts

  • attention to details

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • highly engaged and self-motivated individual
