Sommaire de la Position :
Ramasser et livrer des colis de façon courtoise et efficace dans le secteur attribué; vérifier chaque envoi pour voir s'il respecte les modalités de service de Federal Express Canada et assumer des fonctions complémentaires de service à la clientèle.

GENERAL SUMMARY
To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.
CONNAISSANCES, APTITUDES ET COMPETENCES REQUISES
Diplôme d'études secondaires / équivalent scolaire
Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite
Capacité de soulever 70 lb et de manœuvrer tout colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb avec l'équipement approprié
Une (1) année d'expérience professionnelle axée sur le client, de préférence
Atteindre le seuil minimal pour la formation obligatoire en évaluation préalable à la conduite
Avoir une connaissance des opérations de Federal Express Canada et de la réglementation des douanes canadiennes, un atout
Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication
Bonne gestion du temps et sens de l'organisation
Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à gérer le stress et à travailler dans un environnement soumis à des pressions élevées
Etre flexible et de travailler selon des horaires différents et des congés en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High school diploma/educational equivalent
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred
Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment
Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs
