To provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages and ensure shipment of packages by completing all necessary paperwork and checking shipments for conformance to FEC features of service.

General job description
• Involves providing courier services directly to customers on a daily basis including driving,customer service and completing any related administration or paperwork.
• Provides courteous and efficient delivery, sorting, and pick-up of packages and ensure shipment of packages by completing all necessary paperwork and checking shipments for conformance to FedEx Express features of service.
• Operates vehicle safely and efficiently, complying with specific country regulations and corporate policies.  Strives for improved productivity through constructive suggestions for better methods, procedures, etc. 
• Provides necessary paperwork relating to the pick-up and delivery of packages, such as airway bills, delivery records, vehicle condition, etc.,, with neatness and accuracy.
• Ensures proper security of FEC and customer property, such as cash, packages, equipment, and hazardous materials.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:

• High School degree/Equivalent.
• Must possess appropriate license for vehicle assigned in accordance with specific country regulations B2 or B3.                                                      
•Good driving record.                                                                 

Minimum Experience:
• Some (1-3 years)
                                    
Minimum Required Skills:
•Neat and clean cut appearance.
•Good verbal, human relations and communication skills.
•Ability to lift 50 lbs. and to maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment or the weight limit required according to current local labor regulations.
