La sélection à ce poste demande une entrevue.


Aider la direction à superviser le tri, la livraison et le ramassage quotidiens ainsi que les opérations et vols d’apport de la succursale à domicile (s’il y a lieu). Mener le secteur en assurant les meilleures pratiques et l’exploitation efficace, et donner l’exemple aux employés horaires en devenant un mentor et en démontrant un comportement exemplaire, y compris une forte capacité de communication, de résolution de conflits et de leadership (par les meilleures pratiques)

This is an interview position.

To assist management in overseeing daily sort, delivery / pickup activities and remote domicile location/feeder Ops (where applicable). Leads the sector as assigned ensuring best practices and effective operations and models the way for hourly employees by becoming a mentor and demonstrating role model behaviour including strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership ability (through Best Practices methods)

Exigences techniques

Solide connaissance des éléments suivants :

Permis de conduire en règle et bon dossier de conduite.

Réussir toutes les formations de base et formations périodiques (y compris la certification de spécialiste des matières dangereuses). Doit maintenir l’accréditation par la formation périodique annuelle avant l’expiration.

Se tenir au courant de la formation pratique et des mises à jour des méthodes de conduite défensive.

Bien comprendre les services de FedEx, leurs modalités et le fonctionnement général de l’entreprise.

Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manœuvrer, à l’aide d’un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu’à 150 lb.

Une certaine connaissance des activités de Federal Express et de la réglementation douanière canadienne constitue un atout.

Bien maîtriser la communication et les relations humaines avec la capacité de motiver, d’encadrer et de former les employés au travail.

Capacité d’établir des priorités et de déléguer de manière urgente.

Relations humaines

Avoir démontré une excellente maîtrise des relations humaines, des relations avec la clientèle et de la communication.

Bonne maîtrise de l’analyse, de la résolution de problèmes, de l’établissement de priorités et de l’organisation.

Educational Requirements

High school diploma/equivalent

Related Experience Requirements

One (1) year current Courier experience

Other specific mandatory experience requirements - (Preferred)

Personal Development Stream of Excel

Technical Skill Requirements

Solid knowledge of the following:

Must possess a valid drivers licence and have a good driving record.

Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training (including DG specialist certification). Must maintain accreditation through yearly recurrency training prior to expiration.

Remains current with training in BP and defensive driver / process updates.

Good understanding of FedEx products, features of service, general operations.

Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

Some knowledge of Federal Express operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset.

Solid communications/ interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate/ coach and train employees on the job.

Ability to prioritize and delegate in a time-sensitive manner.

Interpersonal Skill Requirements

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, customer relations and communication skills.

Good analytical, problem solving, prioritization and organization skills
