Assurer la prise en charge et la livraison courtoises et efficaces des colis sur un itinéraire assigné; vérifier la conformité de tous les envois aux normes de service de Federal Express Canada; fournir les services à la clientèle connexes.
This is an interview position.
To provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.
CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite requis
Capacité à soulever 70 LB et à manipuler des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 LB à l'aide de l'équipement approprié
Une (1) année d'expérience en relation client est un atout
Réussite de l'évaluation de conduite obligatoire avant l'embauche
Connaissance des opérations de FedEx Canada et de la réglementation douanière canadienne (un atout)
Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication
Bonnes aptitudes en gestion du temps et en organisation
Excellent service à la clientèle
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément, à gérer le stress et à travailler sous pression Disponibilité à travailler selon des horaires variables, y compris les jours fériés, en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High school diploma/educational equivalent
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred
Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment
Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs
