Location: Netley 5037

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime Penalties Paid)

Position Overview

This role is best suited to individuals with previous experience in high-volume delivery operations. Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting manual loading and unloading of freight in accordance with company procedures
• Executing timely, accurate deliveries (typically 60–100 stops per day)
• Representing FedEx with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Maintaining full compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Full working rights in Australia
• Valid Medium Rigid driver’s licence with a clean driving history (maximum 6 demerit points in the past 3 years)
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening, driving assessment, criminal history check, and fitness evaluation
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
