This is an interview position.


To guarantee a positive customer experience to all customers while working on problem shipments, by identifying customer’s needs and providing the best solution for all Express/Ground domestic and international shipments. Is the primary point of contact to increase customer satisfaction through root-cause analysis on all traces. Coordinates the pickups of shipments in other global locations.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

**Must be Bilingual French/English

High school diploma/equivalent

Minimum number of years required for entry to this job

Minimum 6 months FedEx Customer Service experience required

Experience in related global customer service applications preferred

Other specific mandatory experience requirements

Computer literacy and proficiency:

Must be able to operate in a PC windows environment.

Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory testing and training
