Suivre de près et coordonner l'affectation des messagers dans les divers secteurs de ramassage et de livraison en utilisant ses connaissances des mêmes secteurs afin d'atteindre un maximum d'efficacité sur la route et de satisfaire les clients le mieux possible.
Monitors and coordinates Pickup and Delivery coverage by applying geographical and route knowledge in assignments to Courier Routes to ensure maximum on-road efficiency and optimum customer satisfaction.
COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou scolarité équivalente.
Dix-huit (18) mois d'expérience chez FedEx.
Avoir démontré sa maîtrise élémentaire de MS Word, Excel et Outlook.
Réussir toute la formation de base du système DADS et la formation périodique (note minimale de 90 %).
Préférence accordée aux personnes ayant une bonne connaissance géographique de la zone desservie par le centre de répartition.
Connaître les activités de ramassage et livraison de Federal Express, ses modalités de service et ses systèmes comme Cosmos, KIAC et FAMIS.
Savoir compiler et interpréter les données d'analyse et prendre des décisions concernant la répartition du travail et des ressources de manière autonome.
Fortes aptitudes à la communication verbale et aux relations humaines.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High school diploma/educational equivalent.
Eighteen (18) months FedEx experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic level MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to complete all basic DADS and recurrency training (90% minimum).
Geographic knowledge of dispatch service area preferred.
Knowledge of Federal Express field operations, systems and features of service, i.e. Cosmos/KIAC/FAMIS.
Ability to compile and interpret analytical data and to act independently in making workload and resource allocation decisions.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
