Role Overview

Manage the end-to-end customs clearance of international shipments, ensuring full compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, classifying goods, calculating duties, resolving clearance issues, and coordinating with customers, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely processing.

Key Requirements & Skills

Secondary education and a valid Customs Broker’s Licence
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in customs systems and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
