Description
Lead incident response activities as needed, assisting in the prompt resolution and mitigation of security incidents.
- Designs, implements, and supports SailPoint (ISC/IIQ) solutions that meet security, compliance, and business requirements.
- Delivers stable integrations with target applications, ensuring accurate identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver).
- Proactively identifies and resolves defects, performance issues, and data quality problems with minimal operational impact.
- Effectively supports access certifications, provisioning workflows, and policy enforcement, meeting audit and SOX timelines.
- Collaborates closely with security, application owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Follows IAM best practices, documentation standards, and change management processes.
- Continuously improves the platform by automating manual tasks, optimizing rules/workflows, and adopting new SailPoint features.
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a security-first mindset while responding quickly to incidents and escalations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Skills include IT security and infrastructure.
Strong technical and consulting skills, project management capability.
Experience with security and risk frameworks, standards and best practices.
Strong communication skill.
Cyber Security Analyst
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years of experience in IT information security.
Cyber Security Advisor
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) years’ experience in a minimum of four (4) of the following areas: Business continuity and disaster recovery, network forensics, security and risk frameworks, endpoint security, information systems auditing, vendor risk assessment, cyber risk assessment, network intrusion detection/prevention, identity and access management, IT lifecycle management.
Cyber Security Principal
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/Equivalent in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training.
Minimum Experience
Five (5+) years of experience in IT information security.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. Pay: US pay range: $6,168.90 - $20,872.33 monthly
