Cyber Security Principal

Description

Domicile Information: This is a hybrid position located in Plano, TX or Pittsburgh, PA or Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.

Provides leadership in creating cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems.

Essential Functions

• Implement and support technologies deployed across application,network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility domains. 
•  Research attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures.  
• Provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems.  
• Define the technical direction for enterprise SailPoint and IAM capabilities. 
• Lead IAM modernization and migration strategies, including IdentityIQ-to-ISC transformation. 
• Design scalable and resilient solutions for large identity populations. 
• Establish strong governance, validation, and audit controls. 
• Anticipate IAM risks and proactively address systemic issues. 
• Drive automation and eliminate unnecessary manual processes. 
• Provide technical leadership during critical IAM incidents and complex production issues. 
• Mentor IAM engineers and build organizational technical capability. 
• Establish enterprise standards and reusable IAM patterns. 
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to cybersecurity and technology leadership. 

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Skills include IT security and infrastructure.
• Strong technical and consulting skills, project management capability.
• Experience with security and risk frameworks, standards and best practices.
• Strong communication skill. 

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/Equivalent in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training.

Minimum Experience

Five (5+) years of experience in IT information security.

Pay Range 

Plano, TX: $10,231.53 / mo - $13,812.57 / mo 

Pittsburgh, PA: $10,231.53 / mo - $13,812.57 / mo 

Memphis, TN: $9,719.96 / mo - $13,121.94 / mo
