Data Analyst Advisor
Description
The Data Analyst Advisor designs and implements advanced processes and analytics associated with a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis, and prediction to enable informed business decisions.
Essential Functions:
- Gains insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying highly technical analysis techniques.
- Examine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Uses data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, basic modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making.
- Works in cross functional projects and programs.
- Provides insight from initial concept to fully tested production and communicates results to a broad range of audiences.
- Provide data and report insights to Product Owners for use in KPIs and digital tools.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or finance.
Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years of experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Superior analytical skills with diverse analytics and statistical software and applications. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Proven leadership skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $7488.36 to $9922.07
