RPA Developer with UiPath and Python

  • Grade : T1

  • What are your main responsibilities : 

    RPA Development: Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate complex business processes.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable RPA solutions.
  • Implementation & Testing: Build, test, and deploy RPA solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintenance & Support: Monitor, maintain, and support existing RPA processes, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for RPA processes, including design specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of RPA projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and UiPath, and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.

What we are looking for :

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, M

  • Experience: Minimum of [2] years of experience in RPA development with a focus on UiPath.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components. Experience with other RPA tools is a plus.
  • Programming: Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python,#, .NET, or Java. Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex processes and workflows.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in UiPath or RPA are highly desirable.
  • Certifications: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiPath) certification or equivalent preferred.
