Data Analyst, Enterprise Strategic Program Management
Description
Under general supervision, designs and implements processes and solutions associated with a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis to enable informed business decisions. Gains insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources. Uses current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via an increasing understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
Essential Functions
- Designing and implementing processes and solutions for data/text mining and analysis.
- Gaining insights into key business problems and deliverables by applying statistical analysis techniques to structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Utilizing current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations for management.
- Continuously enhancing understanding of the business model and available information for analysis.
- Employing data, statistical and quantitative analysis, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or Finance.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in analytics software and applications.
Strong data analysis skills.
Foundational problem solving and insights skills.
Good Interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the currentt starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $5,364.26/month - $9,476.86/month
