Data Analyst II/Vendor Enablement
Description
Under general supervision, designs and implements processes and solutions associated with a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis to enable informed business decisions. Gains insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources. Uses current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via an increasing understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis. Typically uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, and fact-based management to drive decision- making.
Create and implement data governance standards, policies, and procedures. Evaluate current state metadata capture strategies and implement process improvements. Develop and implement strategies and solutions to remediate identified data management and data governance concerns Evaluating and enforcing data governance standards across cloud analytics environments. Understanding and translating business definitions into fully classified descriptions while working closely with Data Stewards. Identifying and assessing data quality metrics. Clearly articulating data architecture/modeling techniques and concepts profiling data and derive context.
Skills / Abilities
- Ensures enablement of critical dependencies for prioritized initiatives through alignment with Management and DRIVE initiative owners to ensure contractual requirements for procurement of external resources are met in accordance with internal controls policies, organizational requirements, and schedules.
- Collaborates closely with Finance to ensure visibility into approval flows and contractual spend in accordance with budgets and forecasts.
- Acts accountability with InfoSec partners to ensure contractor resources are promptly on- and off-boarded from internal systems, ensuring compliance with InfoSec access standards.
- Collaborates with Digital & AI and Commercial portfolio capacity management SMEs to ensure data hygiene of contractor resource data in capacity management tools.
- Communicates risks, opportunities, and recommendations to Management and Leaders based on trends and insights related to expiring contracts and vendor resource details.
- Provides inputs to other Data Analysts and Business Strategy Leads on the team to create holistic Operational Health and Performance Insights spanning categories of Demand, Capacity, Workforce, and Financial Value.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or Finance.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics. Proficient in analytics software and applications.
Domicile/Relocation Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: Pay: Annual Range – $71,520 - $107,280
