We are seeking a strategic commercial leader with deep expertise in enterprise pricing and a passion for innovation. In this role, you will shape pricing strategies for global customers, deliver actionable insights to management, and spearhead process improvements that drive sustainable growth. You will act as a thought leader, leveraging financial modeling and business planning skills to influence critical decisions, while collaborating across regions and functions to ensure seamless execution of complex bids.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Professional Experience:
Understanding of Enterprise Pricing in line with commercial strategy to achieve overall revenue objective
Business planning and financial modelling skills
Provide recommendations to business partners and management on broad range of business critical topics
Coach and mentor team members on complex pricing proposals
At least 5 years of experience of which 2+ years in Commercial role
Experience working on complex pricing bids
Thought leader with strategic mindset and broad global business outlook
MBA in Marketing/Finance from top Tier institute required
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive Pricing Strategy & Innovation: Partner with sales and marketing to design competitive, customer‑centric pricing strategies that balance profitability with growth.
Customer & Market Insights: Analyze transactional data, industry trends, and competitive positioning to shape value propositions and optimize win ratios.
Governance & Compliance: Establish robust pricing policies, controls, and approval mechanisms to safeguard revenue and ensure transparency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead cross‑functional deal execution, build strong networks across global teams, and influence senior leadership with data‑driven recommendations.
Process Transformation: Identify gaps and champion innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
Coaching & Leadership: Mentor team members on complex pricing proposals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

What your main responsibilities are:

Develop competitive pricing strategies with sales and marketing to optimize profitability and win ratio.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across functions and regions.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
What You’ll Work On
Analyze P&L and recommend margin/yield improvements.
Act as a technical expert, supporting management with complex analysis and projects.
Mentor new joiners and collaborate with the team to deliver results.
What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, attention to detail, influencing and presentation skills. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, or project management is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline. Master's degree or PhD preferred.

Standard I: Two (2) years
Standard II: Three (3) years
Senior I: Four (4) years
Senior II: Five (5) years
