Jouw missie?

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle data en informatie van zendingen tijdig zijn ingegeven in de systemen;
  • Dat alle voertuigen tijdig en correct kunnen vertrekken.
  • Je zorgt er tevens voor dat alle dagelijkse admin taken zijn afgerond.
  • Je bent bereid om ook andere taken uit te voeren op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van de gestelde productiviteit- en kwaliteitstargets;
  • Je bent een coordinator, Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent volgens planning en protocol verlopen.
  • Je volgt de instructies van de Operations Support Agent / Operations Supervisor op;
  • Je stelt je gedurende je dienst pro/actief, flexibel en collegiaal op en levert een positieve bijdrage aan het gehele operations team;
  • Je bent bereid om de benodigde trainingen te volgen voor de functie;

Profiel

  • LBO /MBO denk- en werkniveau, bij voorkeur een logistieke richting;
  • Heftruck / EBT certificaat is een pré;
  • Kennis van Microsoft office applicaties is een pré;   
  • Goede contactuele en communicatieve vaardigheden; (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling)
  • Teamplayer;
  • Resultaatgericht en meedenkend hoe we het morgen nog beter kunnen doen;
  • Stressbestendig;
  • Flexibel inzetbaar binnen het operationele tijdsvak (13.00 – 23.59)
