We are looking for a part time employee for our PM Operation Export department, working 5 days a week - approximately 4 hour pr shifts. You must be 18 years or older.
You will be part of an experienced team that contribute to our service quality, by ensuring good data quality, and on time departure - distributing shipments out of Denmark to anywhere in the world.
You will become part of a team where the days are busy in a positive atmosphere.
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Data Keying Agents to join our Operations Support team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring accurate data entry, manifesting shipments, and debriefing couriers to support the smooth running of daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain data related to shipments and courier activities
Prepare and manage shipment manifests ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date
Debrief couriers to confirm delivery status and resolve any discrepancies
Support the Operations Support Agent team with administrative tasks as required
Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and operational procedures
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operational flow
Assist with tracking and tracing of shipments when needed
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry software
