DBA Principal
Description
Provides leadership at the enterprise level to design solutions and maintain Company's databases. Serves as expert level resource for database administration.
Essential Functions
- Leads discussions and planning for database architecture, performance, and replication solutions
- Lead liaison between business customers, development, and support groups.
- Leads others in the transformative evolution of AI-enabled DBA’s.
- Provides consultation across multiple major projects and development initiatives.
- Coaches the development of less senior DBA’s.
- Ensures deliverables.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Has full technical knowledge of all phases of data administration.
- Ability to switch between multiple, critical scenarios while maintaining efficacy.
- Is proficient at AI concepts, tools, and their integration into daily work responsibilities
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, and/or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
Domicile Information
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need
