Position Title: Deputy Manager Operations

Location: Erskine Park NSW 2759

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Mon-Fri) with flexibility needed

Your Role

  • Team management: Oversee our internal and 3PL warehouse operations team to meet customer requirements and achieve internal and external KPIs, ensuring training, development, and adherence to operational standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Service Logistics warehouse operations to enhance service performance, operational efficiency, and cost control
  • Safety above all culture: Ensure compliance with supply chain regulations and WHS legislation, fostering a safe work environment
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Customers and Sales Departments to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients


What We Need

  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Ability to pass criminal history check
  • People management skills with experience in managing larger teams and effective communication
  • 3PL warehouse operations management experience
  • Proficiency in operational technology and tools
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
