Description

Responsible for collaborating on user experience solutions, developing prototypes, incorporating usability feedback, maintaining design documentation, ensuring design consistency, aligning with business goals, staying updated with design trends, and maintaining a user-centered focus.

Responsible for designing and developing user-centric experiences by balancing both User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) aspects. This role involves collaborating on UX solutions, creating wireframes and prototypes, implementing front-end code, ensuring design consistency, and aligning with business objectives. The candidate must be proficient in Figma, wireframing, project design, and other UI tools while also having expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any one of the modern front-end frameworks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and BA's, to ensure seamless integration of UX and UI elements into the product development lifecycle.
  • Assist in developing prototypes, wireframes, and mockups using Figma and other industry-standard tools to visualize and test design concepts.
  • Implement front-end UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular preferred, React/Vue ) to ensure high-performance, responsive interfaces.
  • Incorporate feedback from usability testing and user research into design iterations to improve product usability and accessibility.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, design specifications, and UI component libraries for consistency.
  • Ensure consistency in UI and UX design across different platforms and devices by adhering to design guidelines, accessibility standards, and best practices.
  • Optimize front-end performance, scalability, and accessibility while ensuring compatibility across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Maintain a user-centered approach throughout the entire design and development process, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.


Candidates should have relevant experience in front-end development, user interface (UI) design, and user experience (UX) design with proficiency in modern front-end technologies and design tools, based on the following experience levels:
Associate: Prior experience not required 
Standard: Two (2) years 
Senior:  Four (4) years
