Description

Responsible for collaborating on user experience solutions, developing prototypes, incorporating usability feedback, maintaining design documentation, ensuring design consistency, aligning with business goals, staying updated with design trends, and maintaining a user-centered focus.

Grade : 13

What your main responsibilities are :

1. Collaborate with other designers, customers, and product managers to identify and develop solutions that enhance the user experience.
2. Assist in developing prototypes and mockups to visualize and test design concepts.
3. Incorporate feedback from usability testing and user research into design iterations to improve product usability.
4. Create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and design specifications.
5. Ensure design consistency across different platforms and devices by adhering to design guidelines and standards.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
7. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design processes and outcomes.
8. Maintain a user-centered focus throughout the design process, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and provides a positive user experience.

What we are looking for :

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in user experience, visual, interaction or graphic design.

Relevant work experience in digital customer / user experience or interaction design with demonstrated experience with design, wireframe and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Axure based on the following number of years:
Associate: Prior experience not required
Standard: Two (2+) years
Senior:  Four (4+) years
