Digital Marketing / Product Operations Manager
Description
Serves as the operational engine for one or more product teams, ensuring the team stays focused, aligned, and efficient by managing planning rhythms, coordinating across stakeholders, and driving accountability to outcomes. Responsible for clear direction, streamlining execution and creating the conditions for great product development.
Essential Functions
Owns and drive the full agile planning cycle (sprint planning, PI planning, retros, demos, etc.).
Partners closely with the Product Manager to maintain a healthy, prioritized, and groomed backlog.
Manages intake workflows and support triage of incoming demand or defects.
Coordinates go-to-market checklists, readiness reviews, and delivery timelines.
Monitors initiative progress, flag blockers, and escalate risks across product, engineering, and design.
Builds and maintains dashboards and operating reviews (OKRs, KPIs, roadmap status, etc.).
Identifies process gaps and lead improvements to team efficiency, planning accuracy, and delivery predictability.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in office management, employee experience, operations or similar roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience planning events or managing in-office programming
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of practical experience may offset education requirements.
Minimum Experience
Two years of experience in product operations, program management, or agile delivery.
Experience supporting multiple pods or initiatives. Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Experience with agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, Planview, Confluence).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong communication and facilitation skills—comfortable working across product, engineering, and business. Familiarity with go-to-market and launch readiness processes. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts. Strong analytical skills and experience building reports or tracking metrics.

Additional Details: This position is eligible for telecommuting and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.
