We are looking for a talented Digital Product Manager who can lead the way in defining what’s next for our customers through digital solutions. And support our mission to make supply chains smarter for everyone.

A global team, based in Memphis, Amsterdam, and Bangalore. We develop FedEx digital solutions that enhance the customer experience with our transportation network.

Build from the ground up. Translate ideas into practical, high-impact products designed to solve real problems for customers around the world.


Global Scale
Lead initiatives that scale efficiently across geographies, enabling global reach, unlocking new markets, and maximizing long-term commercial impact.


Your activities

Drive Product Strategy:

  • Lead initiatives that unlock new opportunities for our customers

  • Ensure our digital products evolve to meet user needs and deliver measurable impact.

  • Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to inspire enthusiasm.

  • Create business cases to secure necessary buy-in.

Delivery at speed:

  • Collaborate across teams to quickly test, learn, and implement growth strategies

  • Keeping FedEx ahead in a fast-changing industry


Evolve existing and build new digital products:

  • Create best-in-class solutions for our customers worldwide

  • Have impact on a large scale across the globe

This is not just another product role. It’s an opportunity to fully own the discovery and delivery of digital products and drive impact at global scale—supporting FedEx in its transformation into a digital-first company.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong analytical component (master's degree preferred).

  • 3-5 + years of relevant experience in Digital product development, with a proven track record of driving digital outcomes.

  • A customer first design enthusiast with high creativity and global mindset

  • Familiarity with customer facing (B2B) digital solution(s) on scale

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive change.

  • Not afraid to work in a large $90Billion dollar company

  • 40h/week and 1-2 days/week on site in Hoofddorp.
