Digital Sales Executive-8
Description
As a member of a dynamic sales team, the sales professional is responsible for developing new business while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships with small and medium customers. Daily interaction with your assigned customer territory using digital platforms, as well as occasional face-to-face contact. Ability to achieve company and personal sales goals in a fast-paced environment while executing market strategies by engaging customers and developing value propositions that meet their needs.
Essential Functions
- Develops new business and grows revenue by identifying potential new customers, conducting background research on potential customers, discussing the customer’s supply chain with decision makers and other appropriate customer representatives, analyzing customer needs, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Maintains existing business by developing an understanding of the customer’s business and supply chain through research and customer interaction, analyzing customer needs and developing and implementing solutions.
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal teams, such as sales counterparts as well as other internal partners to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
- Regularly engages with customers to ensure customer understanding of service offerings and to maximize customer utilization of products and services.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent or four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience or two (2) years of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.
Minimum Experience
Successful completion of the Digital Sales Representative program or six (6) months of FedEx sales experience or six (6) FedEx commercial customer facing experience or one (1) year of business to business sales experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Successfully leveraging technology (MS Suite, CRM, video conferencing) to maximize the impact of communication and to effectively research and engage aligned accounts. Ability to travel overnight as required.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $47,850 - $85,800
Additional Details: Hybrid – In office Monday – Thursday, Remote work Friday
