This is an interview position

GENERAL SUMMARY
Lead and proactively plans, organizes, develops and manages a Sales Organization at the District level to ensure the meeting/exceeding of district sales objectives. Create and promote a culture that supports a balanced execution of People, Service,and Profit as well as the execution of Canadian business strategy. Manages all revenue segments and products as assigned . Supports/champions multi-OpCo revenue growth and all associated crosselling/training initiatives.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent, Business related is preferred;

5 years business to business sales experience; knowledge of industry preferred;

Must currently be a member of FedEx Managemenr or EXCEL/LEAP endorsed;

Must demonstrate profiency in the Microsoft Suite package, Basic leve in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;

In the province of Quebec must be bilingual (French & English).

RÉSUMÉ GÉNÉRAL

 

Diriger et planifier de manière proactive, organiser, développer et gérer une organisation de vente au niveau du district pour assurer la réalisation/le dépassement des objectifs de vente du district. Créer et promouvoir une culture qui soutient une exécution équilibrée des personnes, du service et du profit ainsi que l'exécution de la stratégie commerciale canadienne. Gérer tous les segments de revenus et produits auxquels il est affecté. Soutenir/promouvoir la croissance des revenus pour des filiales multiples et toutes les initiatives de vente croisée et de formation s'y rapportant.

 

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou l'équivalent, idéalement dans un domaine se rapportant aux affaires;

5 ans d’expérience de la vente entre entreprises, idéalement avec une connaissance de l’industrie.

Doit déjà faire partie de la direction de FedEx ou avoir l'agrément LEAP ou Excel;

Compétences de bases dans l'utilisation des logiciels Microsoft in Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook;

Si le poste est situé au Québec, le candidat ou la candidate doit être bilingue (français et anglais).
