Miejsce pracy: Wypędy, Zdrojowa 9
Zakres obowiązków:
- koordynacja pracy podległych kurierów oraz bieżące wsparcie w realizacji zadań
- zapewnienie płynnej realizacji odbiorów i doręczeń przesyłek poprzez bieżące reagowanie na sytuacje operacyjne
- zapewnienie jakości i terminowość dostaw
- dbanie o efektywne wykorzystanie zasobów (planowanie tras, optymalizacja pracy kurierów)
- analiza raportów operacyjnych
- zapewnienie sprawnego przepływu informacji pomiędzy kurierami, klientami i innymi działami firmy
Profil Kandydata:
- umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, wyciągania wniosków i szybkiego podejmowania decyzji
- dokładność, odpowiedzialność i konsekwencja w działaniu
- znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności MS Excel
- nastawienie na klienta i dbanie o wysoką jakość obsługi w kontakcie z klientami FedEx
- wykształcenie min. średnie
- znajomość topografii miasta lub umiejętność efektywnego planowania tras przy użyciu narzędzi nawigacyjnych
- gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym
- mile widziane doświadczenie we współpracy i zarządzaniu podwykonawcami
