What you will be doing:
 

  • Develop a profound understanding of our Revenue & Cost structure, competitive landscape and network capabilities in support of delivering more effective commercial activities.
  • Formulate strategy to maximise network revenue to address specific business questions across functions, regions and business partners.
  • Value proposition management & strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups
  • Determine and review appropriate KPIs to coordinate business and financial performance reviews and discuss new lane level opportunities.
  • Guide and support sales by bringing a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers as well as analysing the key drivers to results.
  • Conduct regular research and analysis of competitive and market landscape
  • Supporting or leading projects by applying area of expertise.


What do you bring with you:

The ideal candidate would demonstrate:

  • Curiosity and team player attitude.
  • Expertise in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (such as SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel) and data visualisation tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) to analyse and present data.
  • Experience with query languages (such as SQL, Hive, R, Python, etc.) is a benefit.
  • Very good planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive Revenue growth, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels
  • Ability to work under pressure/make quick and sound decisions
  • Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language).
  • Revenue Management and/or Logistics experience is a benefit.
