What you will be doing:
·   Develop a profound understanding of our customer base in support of delivering more effective marketing activities

·   Deliver insight through analysis to drive key business decisions or to address specific business questions  

·   Involved with customer strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups to influence customer touch points to realise more successful interactions and improve ROI.

·   Develop advanced tools for a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers as well as analysing the key drivers to results.

·   Developing and managing reporting of KPI’s to provide metrics that are to be used to feed back into analysis and tools to influence future strategies

·   Supporting or leading projects by applying area of expertise



What do you bring with you:
 

·   Expertise in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze and present data.

·   Experience with query languages (such as SQL, Hive, R, Python, etc.) is a benefit

·   Very good planning and organisational skills

·   Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.

·   Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·   Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels

Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language)
