What you will be doing:

Join our dynamic Brand team to help shape how our brand is positioned, expressed, and experienced across Europe. As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring brand consistency, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping drive brand expansion, reputation, and engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is eager to contribute across multiple brand disciplines including brand identity, internal consulting, strategic programs, research and governance. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and excited to help advance the FedEx brand in Europe.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting brand positioning and identity, ensuring a strong and cohesive presence across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Acting as an internal brand consultant, helping teams navigate brand guidelines, approvals, and creative execution.
  • Contributing to brand expansion efforts, including branding and third-party integrations.
  • Monitoring brand application, conducting audits, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assisting with research and insights to track brand perception and reputation.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor branding strategies, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Supporting the development of brand health reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Helping to shape brand initiatives and advocacy efforts.
  • Assistin in developing and executing brand initiatives and brand advocacy programs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment in key strategic programs.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in brand management preferably in multinational companies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience of project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good vendor management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good PC & Microsoft office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel
